Counterfeit Prevention & Quality Management
Ensuring Product Authenticity and Supply Chain Integrity.
Committed to preventing counterfeit components from entering your supply chain.
All products are sourced from trusted suppliers and undergo rigorous inspection — either by our in-house quality team or certified third-party labs. Testing can be conducted according to customer specifications or international standards such as AS6081.
Inspection Process
1. Visual Inspection
Under high-magnification microscopes, parts are examined for signs of re-tinning, oxidation, blacktopping, remarking, and other physical anomalies.
2. Dimensional Verification
Measurements are compared with datasheet specifications to confirm mechanical conformity.
3. Marking Permanency Tests
To detect remarking or blacktopping:
Solvent Test – Verifies resistance to cleaning agents
Scrape Test – Checks for altered markings beneath the surface
Heated Chemical Test – Exposes hidden or secondary markings
4. X-ray Analysis
Confirms internal die structure, wire bond layout, and package consistency across the lot.
5. Decapsulation (Decap)
A destructive test exposing die markings and internal construction, compared against known authentic samples.
6. Electrical Testing
Verifies functionality according to rated electrical specifications, especially for passive components.
7. XRF Analysis
A non-destructive test to identify material composition, ensuring RoHS or other compliance.
8. Solderability Test
Confirms that part leads can be properly soldered using industry-standard methods (dip & look / steam aging).
